| Abstract: | The procedure of Trade Promotion Authority(TPA) was a special method by which Congress of US ratified the trade agreements signed by Administration.It resulted as an allocation of foreign trade decision-making power between Congress and Administration(represented by President).From the perspective of historical evolution of TPA,Congress's interference and supervision towards trade agreement negotiation were increasingly enhanced. |
