| 摘 要： | 中国传统的施工项目管理模式在某种程度上已经不能适应当前的形势,改革传统的项目管理,引进和吸收国外先进的管理模式、加速与国际惯例接轨是十分必要的;通过对中国现在施工项目管理中的一些激励模式进行研究,找出这些激励模式的不足,创造性地提出虚拟股份制管理模式,对激发全体员工的积极性和创造性提供基础。

| Abstract: | The domestic status quo and dummy-stock system in construction item management were studied.In a way,the domestic status quo has not been adapted to current position.Innovation of traditionary construction item management,introduction of overseas advanced construction mode,and acceleration of the joint of international practice are indispensable.Based on the study of domestic management status quo,the paper brings forward dummy-stock management mode. |
