农产品出口质量对农业产业升级的影响

本文通过物质资本、人力资本、科学技术和制度质量的传导路径深入探讨农产品出口质量影响农业产业升级的理论机制,并运用2010-2016年省际面板数据,采用中介效应模型对其进行实证检验。研究发现,直接效应中,农产品出口质量总体上能显著促进农业产业升级,中部地区的影响效果最明显。传导效应中,物质资本最能发挥有效传导,其在西部地区最有效;科学技术次之,其在中部地区最有效;最后是制度质量的传导,其在东部地区最有效;然而,人力资本并无显著传导性。基于以上结论,本文从提高农产品出口质量、加快农业产业高级化进程、提高要素配置效率以及提供坚实制度保障等方面提出政策启示。

The Impact of Export Quality of Agricultural Products on Agricultural Industry Upgrading: Theoretical Mechanism and Empirical Test

Through the transmission path of physical capital,human capital,technology and institutional quality,the theoretical mechanism of agricultural product export quality affecting agricultural industry upgrading is deeply discussed. The empirical test is carried out using 2010-2016 inter-provincial panel data and the mediation effect model. The results show that in the direct effect,the export quality of agricultural products can significantly promote the upgrading of agricultural industry in general,and the most obvious effect is in the central region. In the transmission effect,material capital hasthe most effective transmission,which is the most effective in the western region,followed by technology,which is the most effective in the central region,and finally the transmission of institutional quality,which is the most effective in the eastern region.However,human capital has no significant conductivity. Based on the above conclusions,this paper puts forward policy enlightenment from improving the export quality of agricultural products,speeding up the process of advanced industrialization of agricultural industry,improving the efficiency of factor allocation and providing solid institutional guarantee.
