交易成本视角下我国南北蔬菜市场整合研究

蔬菜生产的季节性和区域性特征导致我国蔬菜市场供求不平衡和价格波动,以"南菜北运"为代表的蔬菜跨区域流通有利于促进蔬菜市场整合。本文在交易成本视角下,运用受约束的门限向量误差修正模型和蔬菜价格日度高频数据,以青椒、西红柿、茄子和黄瓜4种跨区域流通的主要蔬菜品种为例,对我国南北蔬菜市场的整合状况进行了研究。结果表明,我国南北蔬菜市场间的整合程度低于北方蔬菜市场和南方蔬菜市场内部,而且北方蔬菜市场整合程度高于南方。基于研究结论,本文提出了降低交易成本、促进市场整合的政策建议。

The Study of North and South Spatial Market Integration of Vegetable in Chinafrom the Perspective of Transaction Cost

The seasonal and regional characteristics of vegetable production lead to supply-demand imbalance and price fluctuations in China. The cross-regional circulation of vegetable represented by the south-to-north vegetable transportation is conducive to promoting the integration of vegetable markets. From the perspective of transaction costs,the paper adopts the restricted threshold vector error correction model and the daily high-frequency data of vegetable prices,taking four kinds of cross-regional circulated vegetables,i. e. green peppers,tomatoes,eggplants and cucumbers as examples,to investigate the integration in the north and south of China. The results show that the integration between vegetable markets in the north and south of China is lower than that of the vegetable market in the north and of the vegetable market in the south. Furthermore,the integration of the vegetable market in the north is higher than that in the south. The paper then proposes some policies and suggestions to reduce transaction costs and promote the market integration.
