互联网时代的新型渠道战略

摘    要:面临新的市场环境变化的挑战,新型渠道战略应运而生。本文论述了企业渠道战略重新定位的意义,阐明了以构造无边界价值链及价值网为核心的新型渠道战略的实质,并以IT企业的成功经验为例,描述了新型渠道战略的实施。继而指出,运用新型渠道战略,需要企业在管理理念、知识、组织手段等方面积极推进集成式创新。

Abstract:New pattern channel strategy, has come into being when facing the challenge of the new marketing environment change, This article indicates the important meaning of enterprises channel strategy reorientation, illustrates the essential of new pattern channel strategy which emphases on constructing brimless value chain and value network, then takes the success experience of IT enterprises for example to describe the implement of new pattern channel strategy. It also refers that the enterprises need to promote the integrated innovation in the aspects of management concepts, knowledge, organizing means and so on in order to realize new pattern channel strategy.
