| 摘 要： | 加入WTO后,发展外向型农业、提高农业产业化水平已成为黑龙江省农业发展的必然选择。黑龙江省外向型农业产业化发展过程中存在着农业资源优势恶化、农业科技含量低、基础设施薄弱、生产和加工企业实力不强等问题。应采取推进农业产业化经营、加强科技创新、建立农业标准体系及加大对农业投入等对策,以推动黑龙江省外向型农业的发展。

| Abstract: | After entering into WTO,developing export-oriented agriculture and accelerating agriculture industrialization have becoming inevitable choice in Heilongjiang agricultural development.However,there are a series of problems for this aspect now,for instance,advantage of agricultural resource worsening,application of agricultural science and technology scarce,basic facilities weak,and the ability to produce and process inferior.Hence,we should take some measures to advance agriculture industrialization,strengthen innovation in science and technology,and establish agricultural standard system and increase input.Accordingly,we can promote the development of Heilongjiang export-oriented agriculture. |
