风险资本支持下的中小企业成长

与大企业和成熟企业相比,中国中小企业的创新能力与持续成长遇到了很多问题,其中缺乏外部金融资本的支持是最重要的制约。成熟市场条件下的中小企业是依靠运作良好的风险投资和资本市场的支持来获得创新动力的,而目前在中国,这只是一个理想的规划,尚缺乏有效的制度保障和市场环境。因此,本文拟重点分析风险资本支持下的中小企业成长的特征,提出强化我国中小企业与风险资本互动的机制与策略。

The Growth of SMEs with the Support of Venture Capital

Compared with big and grown-up enterprises, the SMEs in China lack systemic innovation ability, thus restricting their sustained growth, but lack of support of exterior financial capital is of the utmost important. Under mature market conditions, SMEs depend upon the good operation of venture capital and the support of capital market for obtaining the power of innovation, but at present this is only an ideal thinking in China, where there lacks an effective system guarantee and market environment. Therefore, this article mainly analyzes the growth characteristics of SMEs under the venture capital's support, thereby proposing an interactive mechanism between venture capital and SMEs.
