| 摘 要： | 生产性服务企业作为产业分工重组深化的产物,是产业链上重要的一环,这种制度安排有利于专业化分工利益的获取。本文运用了专业化分工理论分析生产性服务企业从产业分工中内生的原因、条件及过程,并讨论了生产性服务业的行业特点及交易网络的扩展对行业发展规律的影响,试图对生产性服务企业的产生、生产性服务业的发展及其市场结构的形成提供理论解释。

| Abstract: | As a result of industrial division and industrial reorganization, Producer Services perform as an important stage in an industrial chain of a national economy. This institutional arrangement would ensure gains from specialization. This paper analyses internal causes and conditions, which generate producer services from industrial specialization with economic theory of specialization, and discusses impacts of specialization and division network on development of Producer Services. The paper also tried to give explanation of emerge of producer service corporation and market structure of modern producer services. |
