| 摘 要： | 本文选取中小企业板40家江浙上市企业2003～2006年的数据,采用动态调整模型对企业资本结构进行实证分析。结果表明江浙中小企业存在目标资本结构,但其动态调整过程却较为缓慢。资产担保价值、非债务税盾、成长性都是影响企业目标资本结构的重要因素。

| Abstract: | Dynamic Adjustment Model is used on a sample of 40 JiangZhe province SMEs over a five-year period dating from 2003 to 2007.Our results reveal that the JiangZhe SMEs would choose a target capital structure and move toward it continuously.But the speed of adjusted is slow.Collateral value of assets,Non-debt tax shields,growth opportunities all seem to play an important role in determining JiangZhe SMEs capital structure. |
