| 摘 要： | 代际传承是家族企业在持续成长过程中面临的最难应对的挑战之一,因此也成为学者们热衷的主题。本文在经过课题组调查研究及综合其他学者研究的基础上,从温州家族企业代际传承的困境出发,提出了温州家族企业未来传承的对策。
