| 摘 要： | 重庆"钉子户"事件引起了社会的广泛关注。该事件的产生涉及若干《物权法》上的问题,也反映了目前我国城市房屋拆迁制度存在的缺陷。弥补这些缺陷应在《物权法》中明确界定"公共利益"的范围、确定拆迁补偿的规则,从而进一步完善《物权法》中的征收制度。

| Abstract: | Chongqing "nail household" event has caused wide public concern,which involves some problems of property law and reflects the flaw in present China's urban housing relocation system.To make up the flaw,public interest should be defined clearly and compensation rules of relocation should be stipulated in property law to perfect the charging system in the property law. |
