| Abstract: | Both "harmony" and "innovation"coustitute the theme of Chinese enterprises′development in 21st century.This paper explains the concept of harmonious & innovation-oriented enterprises,and expounds the economics foundation of constructing such enterprise.Based on economic boundary theory and game theory,it formulate a ┸ model of knowledge innovation for creative growth in a harmonious & innovation-oriented enterprises.The paper puts forward the significance of realicing this purpose tri-harmony. |
