The influence on China's realty business after entering WTO

Following the chearing prospects of China's WTO accession,more and more peoples show their concern on our courtry's relatively young realty business.This paper explored discussion based on this concern,examined the influence of WTO accession from aspects such as consuming public's concept,the development of realty business concerning foreign contacts,building expenses,etc.It points out the favorable circumstances as well as the challenge after entering WTO.
