| Abstract: | In recent years some enterprises and individuals make illegal use of certain names of colleges and universities to carry on commercial activities,which infringes the name rights of colleges and universities and brings loss to invisible assets.However,the present regulations on protecting name rights are too rough and unsystematic so it's hard to carry them out.Therefore,it's imperative to strengthen the legislative protection of the name rights of colleges and universities and intensify the enforcement of relevant laws so as to build up a wholesome and effective defensive system |
