| 摘 要： | 文章介绍了新巨龙公司现场管理中使用的6S管理方法及6项管理制度。借助系统思考的方法通过绘制系统循环图,研究了6项管理制度与6S管理方法之间的融合。研究表明一种成功管理模式不是对成熟管理方法的简单移植,而是需要管理方法与管理制度的融合,通过融合创新产生有效的管理模式。
