摘    要:大中型机场承担了整个民航90%以上的运输任务,其真实运营效率直接关乎整个航空运输系统的高质量发展,是实施民航强国战略的重要一环。利用三阶段非期望产出的SBM-DEA模型研究我国大中型机场的运营效率问题。结果表明,机场运营效率呈现出明显的地域特征,调整前后东部大型机场与中型机场的效率变化方向一致,呈现一定程度的协同关系;而西部和中部大型机场与中型机场的效率变化方向相反,表现出一定程度的竞争关系,这种现象很可能是由于特定的地域条件及地区经济发展程度所导致。

A Study on Efficiency of the Large and Medium-Sized Airports in Our Country Based on the Undesirable Output Three-Stage SBM-DEA Model
Abstract:PPP projects on non-resident islands have many risks and complex interrelationships, how to identify and analyze is the hotspot of academic research. The traditional DEMATEL-ANP method is improved by using triangular fuzzy number, and a risk assessment model suitable for the PPP projects of non-resident island is established. The DEMATEL method is used to determine the relationship between indicators and their mutual influence strength, and then the weight of indicators at all levels are calculated by the combination of triangular fuzzy number and ANP. The constructed model is applied to the PPP project of Cow Island in Qingdao, and the assessment results show the practicability and feasibility of the model. The improved DEMATEL-ANP method enriches the theory of risk assessment, provides the methodological guidance for later effective and reasonable risk assessment.
