| 摘 要： | 随着人力资本地位的提升 ,如何对人力资本实施有效激励是企业理论的重要课题。人力资本的特性使得要充分发挥人力资本供给 ,必须对其载体进行更合理且多元化的驱动 ,尤其是人作为一种社会的人 ,其个人行为必须镶嵌到一定的社会文化环境之中。为此 ,必须超越产权激励探寻新的激励方式。

Its carries more rational needs and polynary drive because of its character supply demand. Especially, as socia l seings', mans' behavior must be set into certain social and culture environmen t. Thus, we must seek for new method exceeding property right inspiration. |
