面向服装板型的PDM设计

文章提出了一种基于服装板型的PDM设计思路。该设计思路整合了在产品周期内各个阶段使用的所有工具及软件,使企业的各种数据能实现共享,方便各个阶段的设计者、生产者、管理者和销售者使用,打破了数据只能被某个阶段专用,而不能共享的局面。据此,提出了基于J2EE的分别适应不同用户需求的2种三层架构。此外,还提出了整合企业现有的ERP系统的思路,对服装企业数字化有一定的参考价值。

PDM Design of Garment Template

The article proposes an idea of PDM design based on the garment template. It integrates all tools and software used in every phase of development, which has brought the monopoly of data and information asymmetry to an end and enables enterprises to share their information and provides easy access to information for designers, producers and manages. In this sense, it puts forward two triple-tiered frameworks based on J2EE that accommodate the need of different users. On top of that, it proposes the train of thought on the integration of the existing ERP system which is very meaningful to the building of an information-based garment enterprise.
