汶川地震灾后重建与区域经济发展探讨

四川灾后恢复重建正面临着国际金融危机和国内经济形势的新挑战。通过对灾区自然条件、区域经济特点分析，提出了加快灾后恢复重建，促进灾区区域经济发展的四项措施：用好灾后重建政策，提高区域经济发展能力；利用对口援建支持，带动区域经济发展步伐；统筹灾区城乡建设，推动区域经济发展进程；发挥灾区自然优势，增强区域经济发展效益。同时，提出应重视处理好灾后恢复重建与灾区区域经济发展的三个关系：重视灾后生产生活恢复与灾区经济可持续发展的关系；重视灾区就地重建与加强生态移民扶贫的关系；重视灾区统筹城乡建设与协调经济社会发展的关系。
