民营企业员工流失的原因及对策探讨

摘    要:员工流失已经成为民营企业发展的一大瓶颈,可以说民营企业的发展在很大程度上因员工的流失而受到阻碍。本文阐述了民营企业员工流失的现状,并分析了民营企业员工流失的原因主要有:企业不合理的薪酬、福利体系;不完善的社会福利和社会保障制度;企业缺乏科学、合理、有效的管理机制;企业文化建设不力等。针对这些原因进一步提出了相应的控制对策。
