| 摘 要： | 印度的计算机软件业发展迅速,是印度经济增长的重要引擎,这主要得力于印度在软件业发展中的产业集群战略,正是产业集群良好的内在经济机理,一方面在从学习效应和区域资源利用能力上获取正面市场竞争力,另一方面在不利于集群发展的柠檬问题上具有很强的经济规避能力,使得印度软件业获得了很强的竞争力效应,这无疑为我国发展相关产业提供了有益的借鉴与启示。

| Abstract: | The computer software industry has obtained the rapid development which becomes the important engine for the economic increasing in India.This mostly benefits from the industrial cluster stratagem.Industrial cluster obtains the positive market advantage of industrial cluster on learning effect and using capability of area resource,and economy elusion advantage on lemon problems which make against the development because of internal economy mechanism of industrial cluster.That is the competitiveness effect source of the computer software industry in India.Thus the industrial cluster stratagem offers beneficial revelation to develop correlated industry in China. |
