试论广西旅游产业发展资金的筹集

通过对广西旅游业发展现状和目标的简要分析，提出了多形式多渠道筹集广西旅游产业发展资金的思路和增加政府财政拨款，加大招商引资力度，建立旅游发展基金，以及建立国有资产运行公司，发展股份制企业，组建旅游信托投资公司，贷款投放对旅游项目给予适当倾斜，税金返还和经营权租让等具体措施。

On the Raise of Develepment Funds of Guangxi Tourism

By a brief analysis on the present situation of Guangxi tourism developmnt and its target,the paper puts forward an idea that development funds for Guangxi tourism should be raised in many different ways and the government financial allocation should be increased,also,the investment introduction must be reinforced.The author points out that we should establish tourism development funds and state-owned capital coperations and set up tourism trust and investment companies.In addition,loan provision ought to be in favour of tourism projects and tax should be given back to tourism and management right can be rented,etc.
