摘    要:本文认为,商业精神是商品交换活动中人的意志和利益的体现,是商业的理念、宗旨、目标、价值观和总体精神风貌的综合反映。商业精神主要包括创业、诚信、公平、服务、竞争、创新、冒险、互利等精神风貌与内容,它们既可以相互独立,又紧密联系在一起,从而对商业产生导向作用、内部凝聚力和发展动力。

Abstract:This article maintains that business spirit is the embodiment of people's will and interest in commodity exchange,is the comprehensive reflection of ideas,objectives,views of value and overall mental outlook.The main contents of business spirit include enterprising spirit,integrity,fairness,service,competition,innovation,adventure and mutual benefit.Each of these contents can be supposed to be independent and closely related to each other, which in turn forged strong cohesiveness and became the driving force for the business development.
