| 摘 要： | 农村公路的建设里程、养护质量,对促进城乡联系,缩小城乡差距,统筹城乡经济社会的和谐发展起着关键作用。陕西省力求建立模式化的农村公路管理养护体制,养护运行机制和养护评价考核体系,努力实现农村公路管理养护正常化、规范化和标准化,真正做到有路必养。在农村公路养护工作中,以创建养护示范县、示范路为统领,全面巩固农村公路建设养护成果,但在农村公路的养护中,也存在着一些突出问题需要进一步研究。
