福建省农业科技投入的现状、问题及对策分析

对福建省农业科技投入的现状进行了分析,并指出现阶段福建省农业科技投入强度偏低、政策扶持力度不足等问题,在此基础上,提出了建立健全促进农业科技投入的政府扶持政策,建立长期稳定的科技支撑保障机制,建立"分类管理"的农业科技研发和推广资金筹集机制等对策。

Analysis on the Status,Problems and Countermeasures of Agricultural Science and Technology Input in Fujian Province

The paper analyzes the current status of agricultural science and technology input in Fujian Province, and points out the existing problems, such as the lower input intensity, the insufficient supportive policy, etc. On this basis, the paper puts forwards several countermeasures, including establishing and improving government's supportive policy to promote agricultural science and technology input, building a long-term and stable security mechanism of science and technology support, and setting up an mechanism which follow the principle of classified management to raise research and popularization funds, etc.
