摘    要:作为“走出去”战略的主体之一,外贸企业应该发挥重要的作用。缺乏垄断和技术优势的发展中国家同样可以发挥比较优势,进行跨国经营;为促进海外投资的发展,要再造海外投资主体;组成所有制多元的联合投资主体。外贸企业应充分发挥在市场渠道、人才方面的优势,选择合适的技术和市场切入点,开发具有自主知识产权的技术和产品,抓好资本运营,逐步形成中国品牌的跨国公司。

Abstract:The paper aims to discuss the strategy of going global to be practiced by the foreign trade enterprises, It argues that the developing countries short of technological edges with their products in the international market may also display a comparative advantage through cross-national investment. In order to secure the overseas status of investment principals, the author suggests that a poly-ownership joint-investment principal be formed in overseas investment.What is more important is that the foreign trade enterprises should, with their broad market channels and reliable personnel, select the market-oriented technology and pinpoint the cut-in occasions, on the basis of which technology and products with their own intellectual property rights are to be developed.
