| 摘 要： | 随着"十一五"规划中"建设社会主义新农村"的提出,农村公共产品供给工作面临着新的机遇与挑战.文章针对目前我国农村公共产品供给中存在的主要问题,从宏观、中观以及微观三个层次对此进行了根源分析,并提出了完善中国农村公共产品供给制度的战略改革方案.

| Abstract: | In the layout plan ofEleventh-Fiveprogram,To Build a Socialist New Countrysideis put forward,now the rural public goods supply system is facing a great of opportunities and challenges.From the view of macro,micro and mid-scale studies,the main problems in the rural public goods supply system are analyzed and then the strategic reform plan on the optimization of rural public goods supply system in China are presented. |
