| 摘 要： | 提出撤并零散的自然村，集中建设中心村，对原农民住宅用地进行综合整治是农村宅基地复耕的很好形式，并结合对嘉兴农村宅基地复耕试点工作的调查，对嘉兴农村宅基地复耕存在的主要问题进行分析，提出了进一步完善的对策。

| Abstract: | We can solve the problem of changing the base of rural residence back to cultivated land through merging scattered natural village and constructing center village. The article also puts forward the detailed countermeasure of solving and perfecting the problem that change the base of rural residence back to cultivated land through investigating the base of rural residence of Jiaxing and analyzing the subject matter in existence. |
