发达国家中小企业发展概况及其启示

西方发达国家中小企业的发展经历了三个阶段。目前已成为解决就业，推动技术创新和满足社会多样化消费需求的重要力量。与发达国家中小企业相比，我国中小企业的发展存在着诸多问题。因此，当务之急是借鉴国际经验，进一步解放思想，加快立法建设，建立管理机构，健全社会服务体系，使我国的中小企业健康地成长起来。
