| Abstract: | In this paper, the factors that baffled the technological innovation of our country’s small and medium-sized enterprises were briefly analyzed, then the advantages of the scientific and technical informa-tion mechanism in providing the technological innovation services for small and medium-sized enterprises were enumerated, and the supporting and leading function of the scientific and technical information mechanism in accelerating the technological innovation of small and medium-sized enterprises was detailedlyexpatiated. |
