| 摘 要： | 介绍了众多企业所普遍存在的门柱质量观和目标质量观,并运用统计技术对两者进行了分析和比较。然后针对两种质量观的缺陷加以弥补,进而提出了合理质量观,阐述其具体涵义。最后以质量控制为例说明合理质量观的运作过程。

| Abstract: | With statistical techniques, introduced and compared the widespread conception of criterion quality and objective quality in many enterprises, and analyzed the deficiencies of the two conceptions. Then, improved the quality conception from traditional quality to rational quality,and explained its meaning.Finally,illustrated the process of rational quality operation by quality control. |
