| 摘 要： | 我国经济发展迈入全新的发展阶段。欧盟正加紧实施其对华的新战略和新政策。2001年12月11日我国成为WT0的正式成员。有这样的国际国内条件，我国扩大对欧盟的直接投资，在欧盟进行相当规模的直接投资具有可能。与此相应，我们需要制定切实可行的“中国对欧战略”及相应的对欧盟新政策，包括促进我国对欧盟直接投资的新政策。

Discussion of Extension of FDI in European Union and the Corresponding Policies |

| Abstract: | On viewing the fact that European Union is carrying on its new strategies and investment policies in China, the paper holds that it is possible for China to expanding her foreign direct investment( FDI) in a relatively large scale in EU. And the paper also touches upon the strategies against EU as well as new policies to be set up for achieving that aim. |
