| 摘 要： | 石油企业的安全文化管理和建设关系到石油企业的长治久安,综合专家意见得到石油企业安全文化影响因素27个,通过问卷设计、抽样调查和统计分析,筛选出影响较大的因素12个。借助于ISM解释结构模型,厘清了影响石油企业安全文化的表层因素、中层因素和深层因素。以此为结论为石油企业的安全文化建设提供了参考意见和建议。
