| 摘 要： | 通过对作为综合科研机构的中海油研究总院质量管理体系7年建设历程的总结,提炼出了中海油研究总院质量管理体系建设的4条经验——领导重视,组织健全;三级培训,全员覆盖;全程控制,分类实施;及时总结,共享经验。中海油研究总院为保证体系的有效运行,每年都至少对体系进行一次内部审核检查、管理评审检查和监督审核检查,目的是通过检查发现问题,寻找体系持续改进的机会和质量管理水平提高的途径。
