Abstract:An explanation firstly focuses on how to combine QC group activity with enterprise culture of pursuing customer satisfaction organically.This effective and common way of team activity,in which QC group participate in quality control and improvement,is applied so as to help enterprise increase customer's satisfaction,earn the customer's loyalty,and finally make enterprises get maximum economic benefit.
