| 摘 要： | 随着贸易项下人民币结算的快速推进和不断完善，推进人民币资本项目跨境交易也应尽快提上日程。本文分析了人民币资本项目跨境交易的基本类型，探讨了我国开放人民币资本项目跨境交易的总体方案设计．剖析了开放人民币资本项目跨境交易中存在的问题，在此基础上对近中期推进人民币资本项下业务开展提出了对策建议。
