摘    要:银行业的竞争在某种意义上来讲就是服务的竞争。本文针对上海银行业服务存在问题,分析了构建上海银行业优质服务体系的方向与突破口,并提出构建上海银行业优质服务体系的对策措施。

Abstract:The competition of banking industry is in a sense the competition of services.The article focuses on problems in the services of Shanghai's banking industry,points out the direction and breakthrough in the construction of quality services in Shanghai's banking industry,and briefs on the countermeasures in the construction of quality services system in Shanghai's banking industry.
