摘    要:目的:建立超高效液相色谱-质谱法(LC-MS)测定簕菜中贝壳杉烯酸的含量。方法:样品经过干燥处理后,用甲醇进行提取,采用高效液相色谱-质谱法进行定量检测。结果:贝壳杉烯酸在1.0~20.0μg·mL^-1范围内的相关系数R^2达到0.993 5;簕菜样品贝壳杉烯酸含量测定的重复性试验RSD为3.3%,回收率范围为90.5%~108.2%。结论:本方法检测簕菜中的贝壳杉烯酸含量,具有快速、准确、处理简单的特点。

Abstract:Objective:To establish a method for the determination of kaurenoic acid in Acanthopanax trifoliatus by high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC-MS).Methods:After the sample was dried,methanol was extracted and quantitative detection was detection by HPLC-MS.Results:The linear correlation coefficient R^2 in the range of 1.0~20.0μg·mL^-1 reached 0.9935;The RSD was 3.3%and the recovery ranged from 90.5%to 108.2%.Conclusion:This method was rapid,accurate and simple in the determination of kaurenoic acid in Acanthopanax trifoliatus.
