摘    要:随着社会经济的发展和文明的进步,现代食品的供应不再是一个简单的行业独立完成的,这种观念的改变,使传统的食品产业现代化产业链转变,食品系统应运而生。本文主要对中国学者在食品系统方面的学术文献资料进行整理和分析,研究结果为国内食品系统研究零散,学者关注度低,对食品工业的相关研究较多,对食物生产和消费的研究较少,系统的整体研究不足。地方替代性的食品系统“社区支持农业”嵌入式研究对我国大部分地区具有借鉴意义,希望引起更多学者关注和完善食品系统的相关研究,为应对粮食危机和食品安全问题作出贡献。

Abstract:With the development of social economy and the progress of civilization, the supply of modern food is no longer completed independently by any simple industry. The change of this concept makes the traditional food industry transform into a modernized industrial chain and the food system is born. This paper mainly sorted out and analyzed the academic literature of Chinese scholars on food system. The research results were as follows: domestic food system research is scattered, scholars pay little attention to it, there are many related researches on food industry, few researches on food production and consumption, and systematic and overall researches are insufficient. However, the embedded research of local alternative food system “community supported agriculture” is of reference significance for most regions in China. It was hoped that more scholars will pay attention to and improve the relevant research of food system, so as to make contributions to the food crisis and food safety issues.
