摘    要:食品理化检验是食品安全检测中的重点内容,需要为其检验质量提供保障,确保检验结果的可靠性。文章首先对食品理化检验质量控制要求进行分析,探讨食品理化检验质量控制中的常见问题。在此基础上,提出几点具体的质量控制方法,以期为相关食品理化检验工作提供参考。

Abstract:Food physical and chemical inspection is the key content of food safety inspection.It is necessary to provide guarantee for its inspection quality and ensure the reliability of inspection results.Firstly,this paper analyzed the quality control requirements of food physical and chemical inspection,and discussed the common problems in the quality control of food physical and chemical inspection.On this basis,several specific quality control methods were put forward in order to provide reference for related food physical and chemical inspection work.
