| Abstract: | Food physical and chemical inspection is the key content of food safety inspection.It is necessary to provide guarantee for its inspection quality and ensure the reliability of inspection results.Firstly,this paper analyzed the quality control requirements of food physical and chemical inspection,and discussed the common problems in the quality control of food physical and chemical inspection.On this basis,several specific quality control methods were put forward in order to provide reference for related food physical and chemical inspection work. |
