Application of High Performance Liquid Chromatography in Food Quality Testing

With the rapid development of social economy and the continuous improvement of people’s living standard, more and more attention has been paid to food safety. HPLC has been widely used in food detection recently. HPLC was applied to food safety detection, which provided a strong guarantee for food safety.
