| 摘 要： | 抽样是农产品检验检测机构工作体系的重要内容。本文从农产品检验检测的抽样环节入手,分析了农产品检验检测机构的抽样工作现状,阐述了农产品检验检测的抽样原则及程序。并从抽样前准备、抽样过程、抽样后送检等模块,对农产品检验检测机构的抽样环节质量控制进行了进一步探究。以期为农产品检验检测中抽样质量的提升提供一定的参考。

| Abstract: | Sampling is an important part of the whole work system of agricultural products inspection and testing institutions. Starting with the sampling link of agricultural products inspection and inspection institutions, this paper analyzed the current situation of sampling work of agricultural products inspection and inspection institutions, and expounded the sampling principles and procedures of agricultural products inspection and inspection institutions. The quality control of sampling links in agricultural product inspection and inspection institutions was further explored from the modules of preparation before sampling, sampling process, sampling and inspection after sampling. In order to provide some reference for improving the quality control effect of sampling links in agricultural product inspection and testing institutions. |
