上海金山区食品生产企业实验室建设现状与发展对策

摘    要:食品生产企业实验室是企业质量安全控制体系的重要组成部分,对企业提高自控自检能力、产品创新能力、市场竞争能力具有重要作用。本文在分析了食品生产企业实验室的功能和作用的基础上,介绍了上海市金山区食品生产企业实验室建设现状,对其存在的问题和原因进行了剖析,并提出要从宣传教育、规章制度和技术队伍3方面加强改进和完善,构建具有区域特色的食品生产企业实验室规范标准,不断提高区域食品生产企业实验室的建设水平和管理水平。

Abstract:Food analytical laboratory is an important part of quality and safety control system of enterprises,it plays an important role in improving the ability of self-control,product innovation and market competition of enterprises.Based on the analysis of the features and function of food analytical laboratory,this article introduced the construction situation of food analytical laboratory in Jinshan District,Shanghai,also analyzed the root of the problems,and put forward suggestions from three aspects:propaganda education,rules®ulations and technical team,which need to improve and perfect in order to build food analytical laboratory standards with regional characteristics,constantly improve the level of laboratory construction and management level.
