摘    要:面点工艺学是烹饪与营养教育、食品科学与工程、食品质量与安全等食品类专业的核心课程,但面点工艺学课程及相关面点课程授课教师普遍对思政教育重视程度不够,尤其在思政课程融入课外活动实践方面探索不足。根据其课程特点,从面点工艺学课程思政融入课外活动的实施、成果及反思等方面进行教学改革探讨,力求充分发挥面点类课程专业育人及思政育人功能。

Abstract:Pastry technology is a core course in food and nutrition education,food science and engineering,food quality and safety.However,teachers of the pastry technology course and related pastry courses generally pay insufficient attention to ideological and political education,especially in the exploration of the curriculum and the integration of ideological and political activities.According to the characteristics of its curriculum,it discusses the teaching reform from the aspects of the implementation of the extra-curricular activities,the results and reflections of the ideological and political courses,and strives to give full play to the functions of professional education and ideological educational.
