| Abstract: | Based on the case of state--owned assets loss, this article analyzes the reasons for the loss, reviews the advantages and disadvantages of applying trust system to the management of overseas assets and puts forward some integrated legal means to regulate the management in order to preserve and increase the value of the overseas assets. |
