| 摘 要： | 产业集群是国际产业发展的新特征。发展产业集群是提高我国城市乃至国家竞争力的必然选择。正确认识产业集群对人才需求的特征和挑战是非常重要的问题,因为产业集群给人才提供了广阔的就业空间,而人才状况作用于产业集群的发展质量。产业集群化是实现经济后发优势、增强国际竞争力的有效途径之一。

| Abstract: | Industrial cluster is a new feature of international industrial development.It is only a natural choice to develop industrial clusters to enhance a city and the nation's competitiveness.It is very important to correctly understand the characteristics of China's industrial clusters' demand for talent and its challenge.It can be seen that industrial cluster can provide more employment space for talented people and the demand for talent can influence the development quality of industrial cluster.Therefore,industrial cluster is one of effective ways to realize the economic advantage of overcoming backwardness and enhancing international competitiveness. |
