| 摘 要： | 反倾销是世界许多各国普遍采用的一种保护国内市场和厂商的做法。本文通过对WTO的统计数据和我国的相关统计数据的分析,总结和分析了国外对华反倾销以及我国对国外的反倾销两个方面的若干特点。
