| 摘 要： | 民国前期湖南灾荒频仍,几乎无年不灾。其间以辛酉年的春荒尤为严重。春荒给湖南带来了空前浩劫。饥民四处逃荒,饿莩载道,社会动荡不安。对于此次春荒的赈济,湖南省内外虽作了一些努力,但总起来看疲软乏力,收效有限。

| Abstract: | Numerous natural disasters took place in Hunan in the early stage of Republic of China,and the year of Xinyou saw the worst of them,which brought unprecedented catastrophe to Hunan:the famine victims ran away and died everywhere,and the society was unstable.Although the province made efforts both inside and outside,yet,with limited effects,they were weak on the whole. |
