Study on the Replacement of Antidumping with Antitrust

Replacing antidumping with antitrust means regulating the cross-border price discrimination by antitrust law and restraining from using antidumping tools. There are some territorial and bilateral cases proving that such a replacement could be successful. This paper believes that abolishing the application of antidumping to one another, but not substituting with antitrust, would be more practical, and suggests that such efforts should be firstly made at the level of bilateral and territorial environments.
